This project will replace the current Preston Beach Community Centre to provide the residents and tourists of Preston Beach with an adequate and modern facility. Once construction is completed this facility will enable members of the community to conduct meetings, hold events, run workshops and training courses and encourage the social inclusion of its residing members as well as provide a venue for visiting commercial/government services to occupy.
