Purpose:
Indorama Ventures Oxides Australia Pty Ltd Port Botany operations import approximately 15,000 MT p.a. of raw materials in isotank containers for conversion to a range of surfactant products, including various agricultural chemicals. Through this project, Indorama Ventures Oxides Australia Pty Ltd will establish a new isotank storage and handling facility at its Botany site. This will result in greater cost competitiveness and improve the speed and agility of Indorama Ventures Oxides Australia Pty Ltd to respond rapidly to changes in demand during the peak agricultural season. This will provide a competitive advantage for the company and its customers who are engaged in crop spray formulation including glyphosate, 2,4-D, trifluralin and fungicides.
