C&K Moranbah – Replace lighting with LEDs
Purpose:
Our project will involve the replacement of 44x fluorescent light fittings indoors and 4x fluorescent light fittings outdoors with LED fittings of an equivalent size. 7 of the lights will include motion sensors to ensure lights are not left on in rarely utilised areas. This work will be carried out by a licenced electrician outside of our operational hours (8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday).
C&Ks Facilities Co–ordinator will project manage the upgrade of the lighting at our service to ensure all parties are fully informed and works undertaken run smoothly and to indicated time frames.
C&Ks Grants Co–ordinator will ensure all requirements of any contractual agreements are adhered to and that the monitoring of milestones and expenditure are reported in a timely fashion.
C&K Early Childhood Education Manager will ensure the Office of Early Childhood is aware of the works being carried out and all relevant forms are lodged indicating the change to the services kindergarten environment.
The Director of C&K Moranbah Community Kindergarten will keep families attending fully informed of all works being undertaken and ensure all risk management procedures put in place are adhered to.
