Purpose:
We plan to replace the windows in guest rooms with an aim to reduce energy usage. The windows will then be fitted with blinds and blackout curtains. We will also replace the washing machines to more energy efficient ones, and a heat pump dryer to replace the old dryer. There are 2 hot water systems that will be replaced with solar hot water units. All of the work we carry out will greatly reduce the energy use of the Motel thereby reducing our energy costs.
