Purpose:
The goal is to improve the energy efficiency of the business by targeting the greatest energy consumption areas and identify and replace inefficiencies and highest contributors to energy usage on an ongoing basis, with the aim of reducing our carbon footprint and our demand for energy. Identified savings of energy range from 42% – 74% reduction in energy demand in various projects which will reduce our carbon footprint, reduce our demand on the grid and lower our electricity bills. As well as the savings in energy the project will improve guest experience offering quieter rooms, more modern appearance and peace of mind that we are doing our part for the environment.
