Purpose:
Replace all fluorescent and halogen light fixtures (approximately 268 fixtures) with energy–efficient LED fixtures in order to reduce electricity consumption throughout the building. Doing so will not only reduce electricity charges, but also reduce waste created by current on–going disposal of fluorescent light globes & tubes. The addition of motion–detecting sensors and/or key cards to turn on and off electrical fixtures will also make a positive impact on the environment.
