Our key project objective's are to increase energy efficiency within our motel and create a safer experience for our guests. We are going to create efficiency by upgrading room lighting to LED lighting, installing timers on outdoor lighting within the motel car parking and common area facilities and replacing the existing reception fridge with a new, more efficient fridge.
