Purpose:
The Jobs and Training Project will deliver employment outcomes for unemployed job seekers in Eurobodalla in the regions fastest growing employment sector Health and Social Assistance. The project will employ a coordinator to develop our health and social assistance sector workforce, providing sustainable employment across a broad range of job roles. A collaborative industry and community alliance will support the development and implementation of programs aimed at preparing job seekers for employment in this sector. Programs will focus on providing vocational training, work experience, career pathway information and traineeship opportunities to meet the human resource requirements of a changing and growing health sector workforce.
