A grant has been awarded to fund Project RE-ID which will provide a property-specific solution for AMR, as it is gradually introduced into different professions. REIAs solution is timely and necessary, ensuring the expanded practice of real estate licensees are met with a system delivering improved information matching and exchange. Licensor registers by jurisdiction for property are disjointed, inefficient and difficult to use. Project RE-ID alleviates this friction, providing a trusted, easy-to-use, national exchange. REIA can deliver this bespoke platform through a team of property experts in policy, regulation, licencing and property technology spaces. Without RE-ID, future user needs will fail to be met, with only manual, unreliable and inefficient platforms to go to.
