Grant Activity:
Encore: A co-designed career guidance program for women restarting in music
Purpose:
The Encore program will produce innovative career guidance materials for women returning to music work after a career break. The music industry has ongoing issues of gender inequality, with little known about the current obstacles women face when returning to work in this area or how to overcome them. This project will bring together expertise from key stakeholders (including employers, industry bodies, and women who have successfully restarted careers) to co-design training uniquely tailored to this industry.
