Purpose:
Carbon Project Australia is proposing to prototype and commercialise a low-cost turnkey solution for accurate soil carbon measurement. This includes a vehicle mounted soil probe and penetrometer which may easily be transported anywhere in the world and alleviate the need for expensive soil bulk density lab testing. This piece of hardware will work in conjunction with an existing near infrared spectroscopy hand scanner and Carbon Projects proprietary carbon tracking and analysis software, Carbon Engine.
