Purpose:
Tathra Beach House commenced a project to upgrade and replace both external and internal lighting from Halogen and Florescent to LED, unfortunately financial restraints following the March 2018 Tathra fire, the 2020 South Coast fire evacuation and the Covid lockdowns affected our financial ability to complete the project. We are seeking financial support to finalize this project. Tathra Beach House have historically invested significant funds in energy saving initiatives, in 2017 we invested around $50,000 in upgrading solar and heat pump technologies to save energy on landscape pond pumps and pool operation and heating.
