Purpose:
This project will see us replace all of our 14 motel room windows with energy efficient double glazed windows. We anticipate this will have a significant impact on our electricity costs due to an increase in heating and cooling efficiencies. Our business is in an area that experiences extreme temperatures and as such our split system cooling and heating in our rooms are used all year round. The windows will replace our existing 40 year old windows which will not only reduce our electricity usage and expenditure but will also reduce the noise associated with traffic as we are on a main highway. We will use this as a selling point in our advertising which will hopefully appeal to more customers and benefit us in that way as well.
