Purpose:
Examining the interconnectedness of people with the land, these portraits and recordings highlights the importance of preserving the endangered languages of the Goldfields and captures the essence of each Elder. This project 's recordings and portraits will be woven alongside digital video by a designer and composer. This project aligns with the National Commission's desire to engage with and support the 2019 Year of Indigenous Languages.
