Purpose:
Replacement of a 30–Year old chiller system at Citadines St Georges Terrace Perth. The Current chiller is an old Carrier (model) Chiller servicing the ground floor (conference rooms, Bar and Lounge) and common areas of the hotel. The chiller is running R22 Refrigerant. Combined with the HVAC system and old gas fired boiler.
The chiller replacement project we are planning on replacing the HVAC system with is a reverse cycle chiller system. By installing today's technology Vs 90's technology we will be doing away with R22 refrigerant, natural gas hot water boiler for a far more economical system. This project will also include upgrading the building management system.
