Purpose:
The aim of the project is to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency by introducing the following activities to 5 hotel guest rooms, hotel laundry and bar area: replace 5 window–wall air conditioners and 5 fan heaters, replace existing top–loading domestic–type washing machine and dryer in hotel laundry, and replace 2 existing drink–display fridges in main bar area. It is expected that these upgrades will improve room comfort and return visitor numbers. All advertising will be updated to include details around the energy saving initiatives introduced.
