The Australasian College of Road Safety (ACRS) will partner with the Australian Local Government Association (ALGA) and the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) to review career pathways for women into the field of road safety, and their professional development requirements. The proposed project will research the skills and expertise required by employees, the professional development needed by road safety professionals, and gaps in available education.
