Determining the impact of a new primary care model for low back pain: A cluster randomised trial
Purpose:
The study will determine the effectiveness of integrating a musculoskeletal clinician (physiotherapist or chiropractor) within general practitioner's (GPs) clinics for patients with low back pain. The study will evaluate the effect of this new approach on patient health, health system, and societal outcomes. The results will inform decision-makers about whether physiotherapists or chiropractors should be integrated within GPs' clinics more widely.
