Purpose:
To upgrade the 2 biggest energy users in our business. The massive electric hot water unit that feeds 6 motel units and the Hotel kitchen and replace the 76 Fluorescent tubes to LED lighting. This will benefit our Business financially and reduce our environmental impact greatly. We currently have solar attached to the Hotel and these changes will go hand in hand with reducing our power usage.
