Part 2 - Dedicated legal service delivery programs providing legal assistance to:
2A: Australians seeking to prevent extinctions of/ improved outcomes for threatened species and ecosystems. The program will be targeted to addressing priority species listed in the Threatened Species Action Plan 2022-2032 (Threatened Species Project).
2B: First Nations groups/individuals seeking to protect country and cultural heritage (Country and Cultural Heritage Program). This furthers a key pillar in the SoE Report, namely the empowerment of First Nations protecting Country.
