Purpose:
Green Bean Packaging made scaling–up its top business objective and adopted a diversification to achieve this. The strategy is to generate an additional income stream from new product ranges & recyclable, compostable, and biodegradable fresh produce and takeaway food packaging. Green Growth supports the strategy by providing the platforms to launch the new products to untapped markets including farmers, food manufacturers and distributors, and restaurants. The platforms include three events Hort Connections, Foodservice Australia, and Fine Food Australia. Project outcomes will include building brand awareness, generating leads that can be nurtured into new business, and market research.
