Purpose:
Replace 9 inefficient air–conditioners with 50% more efficient ozone refrigerant environmentally friendly new ones.
Replace curtains in 8 rooms with 3 pass block out lining which adds the advantages of insulation and energy savings, helping to keep the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Three layers (3 Pass) of coated acrylic suede compound is known as 'blackout' thermal lining existing pelmets insulate the window by preventing convection currents.
Replace old guest washing machine, which is 1 star energy and 3 star water rating, with Cleensmart washer 4 star energy efficient machine, Fisher & Paykel top loader washer has a high 4 star WELS water rating and a 4 star energy rating for energy bill savings.
