Purpose:
Removal of 2 Air–conditioners and 1 Gas Heater. The present gas heater is very noisy and 30 years old. They will be replaced with 3 Split Systems on the South wall of the Centre the quote included necessary electrical wiring. It is a straight forward installation by a qualified Refrigeration & Air–Conditioning Company. Removal of old units can occur at any stage. The facility is used by Barooga Primary School, Indoor Bowls , District Art Group and Lions Club Debutante practice, it is also available to the general public for meetings, birthday parties etc. The facility will become more user friendly and ensure continual use in these trying times, we (the 5 trustees) maintain the facility for the community raising funds for Shire Rates and Water rates, electricity, gas and maintenance for the Centre.
