Purpose:
The proposed project is to upgrade the building fabric by purchasing & installing heavyweight roller blinds, curtains and tracks in all our motel guestrooms and replace the lighting from non–LED to LED in 22 of our guestroom bathrooms. This will dramatically improve the energy efficiencies and output of our motel business; reducing general electricity costs and the environmental impact from carbon emissions.
