The boiler at Faversham House is inefficient and costly to run. An upgrade to the selected model will provide increased efficiency in operation, whereby ensuring a constant supply of hot water and hydronic heatings for residents, It will also reduced overall operational costs to BASScare, whereby easing financial pressure.
