This project will support the construction of a start-up, state of the art milk processing plant in Cohuna. Although it falls just outside the border of the Goulburn Valley region the economic benefit to the region is enormous. Jobs will be created in the region, whilst more than half of the dairy farmers providing milk come from the Goulburn Valley region.
