Purpose:
To remove and replace old inefficient air–condition systems in our 5 Villas providing 31 The Rocks with reduced energy costs. We have identified a trend for greater air–conditioner use by our guests and efficiencies cannot be obtained through changing energy supplier as Ergon is the only provider in our region. The installation of modern and more efficient systems is required to reduce energy consumption and expense into the future.
