Establishing a Genomic Signature for High-Risk Prostate Cancer
Purpose:
High-risk prostate cancer (HRPCa) is a deadly. Driven by genomic alterations, the aim of this study is to establish a genomic signature for HRPCa to facilitate diagnosis, predict patient outcomes and treatment strategies. Our approach includes two distinct HRPCa population resources for comparative analyses. Australian men without treatment at surgery and extensive clinical follow-up, and African men with 2.4 times increased risk for untreated HRPCa at diagnosis and greater genomic diversity.
