Purpose:
Improving breast screening participation requires accurate data of screening rates including within priority groups such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women from diverse cultural and language backgrounds and with different levels of educational attainment and income.
Linkage between Census and NSW screening records can provide best evidence of screening rates overall, within priority groups, and following the impact of COVID and previous attempts to improve screening.
