Reduce power usage Black Forest Motel
Purpose:
We will replace one existing split system air conditioning unit and one window box type air conditioning unit with more efficient air conditioning units to reduce power usage on these high use items.
We will replace windows with double glazed windows to slow heat leaking from rooms in this very cold climate.
We will replace lightweight blinds with heavy weight insulating curtains with pelmets to reduce heat loss from rooms.
We will install a lights off card system to rooms to turn power off when guests leave for periods of time or check out.
