Biomimetic nanoparticles as a gene delivery platform for combinational brain tumour treatment
Purpose:
Gene engineering shows exciting potential in biomedical applications including cancer therapies. However, effective therapies for brain tumour remain limited due to the cascade brain delivery challenges, which markedly limits their translational potential.
This project aims to develop a new treatment strategy for the delivery of state-of-the-art gene therapies directly into the brain, which may provide a new effective and safe therapy for brain tumour patients.
