Purpose:
Students from Hastings Secondary College Westport Campus, Port Macquarie, NSW will attend a marine and environment STEM camp at Lady Elliot Island. The students will participate in a range of STEM activities including underwater robotics, a sustainability tour, coral health surveys, marine debris survey and manta ray research. The event will provide students with the opportunity to learn and experience the Great Barrier Reef and participate in STEM activities.
