Purpose:
Our goal is to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs at our accommodation business. Our intention is to remove 6 x 25 year old “National” CW70A models “in–wall” reverse cycle units. These units contain R22 refrigerant which is being phased out in Australia, and replace them with “Teco” inverter air–conditioners, 5 k/watts nominal heating capacity and 5 k/watts nominal cooling capacity. We also wish to replace 25 year old outdoor window blinds and replace with UV resistant auto awning/blinds to 8 windows with no eave, or protection from direct westerly sun, or the cold.
