Purpose:
Sea Change Beachfront Apartments will greatly benefit from the Australian Governments Hotel Energy Uplift Program through the modernisation of appliances and infrastructure of this 21 year old property. This initiative will greatly help in reducing energy consumption, reduce power bills and to reduce the overall carbon footprint of the property. Our key activities will include upgrading non–LED lights for energy efficient LED lights, replacing dated and inefficient appliances and improving the overall performance of the property.
