Purpose:
The purpose of the grant opportunity is to provide funding to an organisation to amplify their existing functions to improve wild bird monitoring of high pathogenicity avian influenza (HPAI), with a specific focus on HPAI H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b (H5 bird flu).
