Purpose:
Being born too early can mean life long problems. Taking a fish oil (omega 3) supplement during pregnancy can help prevent early birth. Some other nutrition and lifestyle changes may also help. A nutrition program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families will aim to increase diversity and access to foods.
