Increasing the capacity of Community Managed Organisations to provide preventive care to people with a mental health condition
Purpose:
The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of practice change strategies designed to increase preventive care provision for cardiovascular disease risk behaviours to clients with a mental health condition within CMO settings. This research will support people with a mental health condition to make positive changes to their cardiovascular disease risk behaviours, with the potential to reduce the physical health inequity experienced by this population group
