Purpose:
ACTIVITY:
Removal and Replacement of 21 aged halogen lighting within the clubrooms and bar areas. Removal of old entrance lighting and replacement of entrance lighting with motion sensitive LED lighting. Replacement of 4 external floodlights with more extensive LED floodlighting
. Replacement of aged halogen lighting in kitchen area with diffused LED lights. Removal of old baton lights in toilet areas and replacement with Led Lighting.
KEY OUTCOMES:
Provision of energy efficient lighting to Clubroom and bar area
. Provision of energy efficient lighting and increased food safety to Kitchen area
. Provision of energy efficient lighting and increased participant and community safety. Lower cost and more effective use of lighting
. Greater Volunteer safety
. Lower reliance on volunteer fundraising
. Lower carbon footprint
. Display to members and users the benefits of Energy Efficient Lighting. Increase potential for extension of clubroom use.
