An integrated response to suicide risk among secondary schools: A regionally-based randomised trial
Purpose:

Youth suicide is a significant problem. This school-based project represents a partnership with the Department of Education and Training and Lifeline. It aims to reduce suicide risk, improve identification of at-risk youth, and increase help-seeking and health service use. It combines educational workshops, case detection, and online treatment. The program will be tested among high school students across North West Melbourne and if effective rolled out nationally via Lifeline’s networks.
