Purpose:
Upgrade to energy efficiency in three key areas
1/ Replacement of old air conditioning units.
2/ Upgrading of room lighting to a modern LED energy saving system.
3/ Replacement of inefficient room and bar refrigerators.
The implementation of these three improvements will greatly affect power usage and customer satisfaction.
The motel has a 27kw solar system in place and these upgrades will further reduce our reliance on the power grid.
