Dementia and Aged Care Services Fund National Dementia Support Program

This grant opportunity will be for up to $98.09m for delivery of the National Dementia Support Program from 2021-2025.
The grant will fund activity under the 5 five elements with the collective aim to provide a comprehensive set of supports for people living with dementia, their carers and families:
- Information and Foundation Supports;
- Early Intervention Supports;
- Awareness and Stigma Reduction Campaigns;
- Targeted Supports for Vulnerable Groups; and
- Local Consumer Post-Diagnostic Pathways.
An activity work plan template will be provided following publication of this forecast grant opportunity.
The estimated period of release for the Grant Opportunity is 1 - 14 October 2021.
