Forecast Opportunity View - P8303

The Support at Home Thin Markets 2026-27 (Round 3) Grant Opportunity provide flexible funding to eligible Support at Home providers that are delivering aged care services in thin markets.

This grant opportunity is the third grant opportunity under the Support at Home Thin Markets Grants program. Providers that were awarded funding in Round 1 (GO7600) and/or Round 2 (GO7988) may also apply for funding in Round 3.

Providers that deliver services in Modified Monash areas 3 to 7, or deliver specialised services in any region, may be eligible to apply.

You can apply for one of the following funding streams: 

• Stream One: Rural, remote and specialised services.

• Stream Two: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services.

Providers may apply for either Stream One OR Stream Two.

Some grant applicants may require a valid Specialisation Verification for aged care services to claim grant funding. Gathering the necessary documents can be time consuming, so we encourage providers to plan ahead.
