2021 Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme for funding commencing in 2022
The Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme (PdCCRS) is Cancer Australia's annual research project grants funding scheme which brings together government and non-government organisations (Funding Partners) to collaboratively fund cancer research in identified priority areas in Australia. Cancer Australia and its Funding Partners have dedicated research priorities and research applications must directly align with at least one priority. Experienced investigators as well as Early Career Researchers with less than 7 years post-PhD or post-MBBS are eligible to apply. Please note that PdCCRS Early Career Researchers can only apply via the NHMRC Ideas Grants Scheme.
PdCCRS Grant Guidelines, research priorities and application documents are anticipated to be posted to GrantConnect by 1 April 2021. Completed PdCCRS application forms for applications to the Ideas Grants Scheme can be submitted to Cancer Australia at any time after opening of the grant round and up to 5:00pm AEST 12 May 2021. Completed PdCCRS application forms for applications to the Clinical Trials and Cohort Studies Scheme can be submitted to Cancer Australia at any time after the opening of the NHMRC grant round on 30 June 2021 and up to 5:00pm AEST 1 September 2021.
