Description:

The objective of the Rural Health Workforce Support Activity is to contribute to addressing health workforce shortages and maldistribution in regional, rural and remote Australia.

Eligibility:

Eligible Rural Workforce Agencies:

• Northern Territory Primary Health Network
• New South Wales Rural Doctors Network
• Health Workforce Queensland
• Rural Doctors Workforce Agency South Australia
• Health Recruitment Plus Tasmania
• Rural Workforce Agency Victoria
• Rural Health West

Grant Activity Timeframe:

Funding will run over three years, commencing in 2017-18 and will conclude 2019-20.

Total Amount Available (AUD):

$88,115,264.00
