Indigenous Remote Service Delivery Traineeship Program – Participation Nomination and Participant Wages
The Indigenous Remote Service Delivery Traineeship Program, has the following objectives:
•provide training opportunities in business and administration for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people working in, or wishing to work in, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged and primary health care services;
•increase the number of skilled Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people working in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged and primary health care sectors;
•create viable career pathways leading into aged care and primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; and
•build the business and administrative capacity of the eligible services to adopt sound business and administrative processes.
This grant opportunity is for the Participation Nomination and Participant Wages element.
The objective is to provide a contribution to the wages of participating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainees employed by eligible organisations.
Only those organisations listed in section 3.1 of the Participation Nomination and Participant Wages Grant Opportunity Guidelines are eligible to apply.
