The Update of the RACGP guidelines Abuse and Violence: Working with our patients in general practice (the White Book) project was announced as part of the 2019-20 Federal Budget, as one component of the National Training for Primary Care Workforce initiative which is part of a broader suite of measures to support the Fourth Action Plan (2019 to 22) to prevent Violence Against Women and their Children.
The 4th Edition of the White Book was last updated in 2014. The purpose of the Grant Opportunity is to provide the RACGP with funding to update the existing White Book.
