Purpose:
The Jobs 4 Murraylands & Riverland (J4MR) program aims to provide an employment pathway for local jobseekers to connect with associated local businesses by providing local Job Active service providers with a pool of candidates that are more marketable to local employers. The program delivers a combination of accredited and non–accredited training, individual case management, structured mentoring, individual fitness program, career mentoring and on the job post placement support. Throughout the project, RDAMR will work in partnership with local employers to match participants to available jobs.
