Grant Program:
Research Fellowship
Grant Activity:
T cell receptor (TCR) singalling efficiency
Purpose:
An immune response starts with activation of the T cell receptor. My aim is to understand how T cell receptor signalling begins. We will use novel imaging technology that allows us to directly observe what happens on the molecular level. My research will advance our understanding of how T cells make decisions and how to use this knowledge to aid the development of therapies that use T cells to kill cancers.
