Purpose:

Clean Seas propose a 3 year expansion of their Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish business: - Expansion of YTK growout operations to Fitzgerald Bay and upgrade of support facilities at Point Lowly this component of the project is the subject of this RJIP grant application The upgrade of its Arno Bay hatchery to take fingerlings of Seriola Lalandi ( YTK ) from 1.15m pa to 2.0m pa. The concurrent upgrade of the company s auto feeders and vessels to service the increase in annual production. - this component of the project will be the subject of a separate PIRSA administered Regional Development grant application. The progressive development of the company s processing and value add product development facility at Royal Park.
