The project will remove weeds and replant with appropriate local plants with the assistance of trained volunteers led by an expert bush regenerator. This will restore a natural wetland impacted by visitors to the park by stabilising lagoon banks, improving paths to reduce compaction and will ensure the longevity of wetlands within Smith Park.
